Latest News & Events LoneStar has completed building and moved into a new 72,000 square foot all indoor facility at 3501 South Lewis Street in New Iberia, Louisiana less than 1 mile from the Port of Iberia and just off of Highway 90 (future I-49). The new facility has (4) 30 ton overhead cranes in the main bays and (4) 15 ton cranes in the side bays. One side bay is setup for specialty coating including phosphate, Xylan, Xylar, moly, Everslik, and other thin film PTFE coatings. The second side bay is for assembly processes as dictated by customers (i.e. riser repair disassembly and reassembly). Blasting is done in (3) indoor blast chambers with full environmental and safety controls. Two of these rooms utilize steel grit and the third aluminum oxide. These chambers have full crane pass through for oversized items. This facility is like no other in the South Louisiana area and has the ability to work rain or shine, day or night.
